長頭髮的綁法 - 健身

我想請問有固定運動的長頭髮女生,你們都怎麼綁頭髮的呢?
因為我很討厭頭髮在臉旁邊撥來撥去,所以能夠綁的越清爽越好
但是我只會綁馬尾而已
可是如果我把馬尾綁在頭後面,需要躺下做動作的時候就會頂得很不舒服
綁太高又會覺得很像日本武士,有點蠢
如果綁得很低,在躺下或是靠在椅背的時候,常常會夾到
加上我很討厭頭髮亂掉,
所以即使只是因為躺下時壓到而讓馬尾鬆掉一點點,我就會一直重綁
總之就是一整個龜毛
請問大家有沒有看過,或是試著什麼好綁法呢?
