三天前也就是星期六開始毅然決然減肥的
178/95算超胖吧!!!!!
每天大概就是慢跑2公里左右(傍晚)+晚餐不吃
早餐吃飽吃好(目前還是學生還要點體力讀書)
中餐少油...
目前量跟前天比是少了2公斤
希望在一到兩個月瘦到80~85
應該有點撐...
而且好想吃晚餐喔XD
不過今天第三天跑完的時候開始覺得小腿有點痛了
不是肌肉痛是有點像骨頭在痛...
就是那種很久沒運動依次跑很長這樣
想請問一下這樣應該繼續跑嗎?
因為放學後到家也接近六點了
不知道有什麼運動比較合適除了慢跑之外
