我知道先練肌肥大 然後才開始有氧減脂 這是正常流程
所以想問的是 怎麼知道什麼時候可以開始減脂了呢??
是自己覺得練得差不多了 可以開始了
還是有個大家默認的標準 像是體脂肪到幾啪就開始減
不知道各位開始減脂的時間點為何?
