我有看 也有算基礎代謝率~~~
基本資料
性別:女
年齡:30
身高:167.5
體重:56.3
BMI:20.1
體脂: 27.6%
三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:早餐店中杯紅茶一杯+鮪魚蛋漢堡/或吐司(或類似份量的東西)
午餐:半個~一個便當
晚餐:(這兩週開始) 7-11 沙拉一份+蘋果牛奶一瓶(400ml)
或只吃水果(2顆蘋果左右)或只吃沙拉一份
其他:拿鐵或卡布1~2杯(咖啡)
日常作息時間:晚上12前睡覺 早上6:30起床
生活型態:(上班族)
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、持續時間長短、及相關運動史)
例1:每周跳舞1~2次
例2:跑步機快走或慢跑15分鐘 每周1~2次
例3: 睡前核心運動10分鐘
我的問題:
發現減肥真是太不容易了......
去了康氏美量了才發現我的體脂原來這麼高 有27
不知道該怎麼辦 我還跑去做熱瑜珈 但很顯然只是消掉很多水分吧
因為膝蓋不太好 所以慢跑也不能跑太久
怎麼能穩定降體脂 讓腰圍小一點呢?
想要練出核心肌群的肌肉 順便降體脂降腰圍
該怎麼做比較有效?
目前已經考慮三週後開始執行鄭多燕計畫了...
我在康氏美量了基代是1234cal
是不是我應該要加強運動的強度跟時間? 謝謝提供意見^^
