這陣子看到某YouTube 的影片
想要來實施間斷式飲食

但是影片上可能沒講的太詳細
爬文之後也有些地方不太確定是否正
上來看看大家的想法
1.基本上熱量 脂肪 碳水不用算
但是蛋白質一定要吃到體重兩倍
2.如果一天只吃了兩餐
在這6小時吃這兩餐 我70公斤
要吃140公克蛋白質
不就要吃700公克的雞胸肉
不知道有什麼技巧嗎
另外也想請問 這樣餐費應該也蠻可觀的吧
不知道是不是我有什麼地方搞錯了?
3.如果我110克的蛋白質靠天然食物攝取
但可能礙於吃不下等等原因
用一匙乳清補足剩下的30公克
雖然提倡多食用食物
豐富的微量元素會讓身體有很大的影響
但在不過多的情況食用食品應該是可接受範圍的?
4.平時去健身房 一週三次
胸背腿 三個部位分別 三個動作 一個動作四組
一週每個部位分別可以訓練到36組
每次都會再多練後三角 中三角
一個動作 一次兩個超級組
平時沒辦法天天上健身房
目前使用這種課表
不知道大家有什麼好想法
