最近上有氧團體課程UBound
覺得很有感 流很多汗 也很喘
覺得課程內容也很有趣
但是上一上覺得頭皮發麻
量脈搏十秒 居然飆到35下
這樣是不是太誇張了?
還想繼續上的話
是不是先自己調整強度不要這麼認真跳?
還是如果只是短暫的應該沒關係?
