我是依一日作習做調整,原則上晚上,但若晚上有事情就改當天早上跑
只是一直有個疑問,何者較好?一日攝取的糖(醣)分,晚上運動消秏掉似乎頗合理的,
那麼早上跑呢?此時空腹或吃一點點東西所以直接燃脂效果更好嗎?
