目前體重比較重
希望心肺功能好一點
平常也有在打籃球
所以會用以下的方式練心肺
全場跑步上籃
跑過去上籃一次 跑回來上籃一次 算一趟
一次跑兩趟(也就是去回去回)
總共跑5次 每次中間休息50秒
總時長大約6分鐘
大概會重複兩三次以上的過程
這樣訓練方式不知道可以嗎
