間歇性斷食恢復三餐是否會復胖? - 健身

目前開始嘗試間歇性斷食、
初期 一天一餐,集中在下午15:00~18:00
早上如果很餓會喝個桂格穀珍
因為主要活動(運動)在晚上,所以安排在傍晚用餐。
有幾個問題請教
1. 這樣的吃法長期下來對身體是否會有不良影響?
2. 每天的那一餐必須是要「大餐」補滿一天所需熱量、還是按以前三餐吃法正常吃就好呢?
3. 如果未來因為工作關係無法持續這樣的飲食習慣,會不會很容易復胖?
