大家好~ 今天來跟大家分享一下
腎臟指數的部分
2015-2018我的eGFR值一直維持在65左右
這時候一直沒看到紅字
今年的健康檢查報告是59
值已經低於60於是便已經出現了紅字
在研究了一下~ 這個值其實跟年紀~ 性別以及肌酸酐相關
這次由於我的肌酸肝微微超標一咪咪~~ 因此eGFR就下降了

為了健康還是去掛了長庚腎臟科
以下是跟醫生的對話總結:
高蛋白不要吃, 肉少吃, 少油少鹽清淡飲食
咖啡一天一杯OK~ 水要多喝~ 一天最少2000~ 運動可喝到3-4000
運動適量~ 不要過量
血壓~血糖~ 膽固醇都需要注意
目前是當下有驗尿液, 一個月之後檢查血液跟尿液再做打算
另外
60以下是紅字~ 但是<110, >90已經是第一期. 第二期是60-90~ 低於60
已經是第三期也許有人會說(的確有報導) 健身者的肌酸酐值會比較高~
但不是每個人都是像阿諾一樣的巨巨~ 這其實有點自我安慰...
最後~ 提醒大家~ 沒看過這個數值得要注意
腎臟是個無聲的器官~ 也是不可逆的
一但腎臟壞了就只能洗腎很痛苦的!
