關於hiit的一些問題..... - 減肥

最近在版上看到滿多有關於HIIT的一些文章跟訓練方法...
而小弟也為了減肥兼瘦身,也去跑步跑了兩三個月了....
從原本的75kg,跑了大概一個多月後瘦到70kg,然後就瘦不下來了= =
所以想試試版上提到的HIIT的訓練....
之前原本的跑步習慣是一個星期會去跑4~5天,一次是跑5000m
我是慢慢跑,所以跑完大概是半個多小時,然後就走個一兩圈操場就回去了
我是騎腳踏車到操場,來回也差不多半個多小時...
回到家後還會再舉亞玲、仰臥起坐跟俯地挺身,大約是半個小時
昨天是把5000m的距離分三次跑完,跑一次就走一圈操場再接著跑第二次..
我把跑步時間縮短了將近七、八分鐘有吧....
可是我看版上所寫的訓練方式都是短距離衝刺,那我這樣的跑步方式也算是hiit嗎?
那這樣的訓練方式間隔時間要多長會比較好啊?
今天睡醒整個人腰酸背痛的....
因為一直卡70kg一陣子了,所以才想說用這樣的訓練方式試試
飲食方面我都正常吃,油炸跟飲料我幾乎不碰,晚上因為都會去跑步,所以吃的很少
因為很累吃不太下,不過還是會吃點東西...
我身高是173,所以70kg還是有點一過重了.....
每次量體重都一直是70kg,就很想把那個體重計給砸了= =
