小弟一兩年前買了xbike
可是都沒啥用到
最近決定拿出來好好的操他
已經連續三天都騎一個小時了
可是有一些問題想問問大家
如果坐在那邊慢慢的騎
一邊用電腦 這樣騎大約一個小時
會有運動效果嗎?
心跳可以到100~110左右
不過速度就很free style
大多數時間可能都在15上下 阻力3
說到這個就很後悔當初沒裝架子上去
要看書也很麻煩 因為身體晃來晃去的
假如現在想裝還有方法嗎?
最近的新聞長說 久坐對身體不好
我想問問騎XBIKE 會不會有一樣的顧慮
我還蠻想一邊騎xbike 一邊使用電腦幾個小時的
