不好意思
有個觀念想跟大家討論看看
之前曾經看過某篇報導,是為營養師說出
「減肥前6週是控制飲食,讓身體習慣正常健康的飲食習慣後,第7週開始運動。」
所以請問一下
這種說法是不是說
減肥剛開始不適合運動
而是先採用飲食控制方式
等到身體體重跟機能習慣減肥的飲食後
再加強強度去運動呢?
