哈囉大家豪。小弟現在一周練三天,
最近想要加強一下三頭,不知道該排在哪一天比較好,
想要問問大家的意見。
以下是目前的菜單:
第一天 胸+一點肩
啞鈴臥推 5組
上胸臥推 5組
DIP 5組
機械式胸推的X3 飛鳥的X3
槓鈴肩推X3 肩前平舉X3 側平舉X3
第二天 腿
深蹲 五組
硬舉 五組
leg press 五組
後勾跟前抬腿的機械各三組
捲腹 五組
第三天 背+一點二頭
引體向上 五組
槓鈴划船 五組
滑輪下拉 五組
滑輪滑船 五組
hammer curl 三組
二頭彎舉 三組
機械式的 三組
