小魯我接觸健身斷斷續續的練2年
最近退伍要開始衝刺了,
身高179體重68
練習菜單如下
Day1-胸 三頭 Day2-三角 斜方
Day3-腿 Day4-背二頭
(腹 只要沒酸就練)
Day5-休息日。接著循環
但是遇到一個問題就是腿會來不及恢復
練習內容只有 leg press&前抬腿
都是6-8rm 5組
每次操完蹲下樓梯都是地獄
是因為腿真的比較弱又加上最近一個月才開始練腿的關係才會恢復的那麼慢嗎
還有一個問題,就是看能不能之後恢復變快之後,改成三天一循環,但不知道菜單要改成怎樣比較合適
現在有在喝高蛋白,有兩罐
分別為bsn-true mass &ON(Costco)
Bsn的我一次都只喝1.5匙而已
不知道要怎麼喝 一個禮拜換一種交替喝,還是混在一起,希望能讓他發揮最大效能
還有訓練的部位順序有需要調整嗎
