最近去cosco買了一包乳清
對於乳清有一個問題
乳清都是什麼樣的人在喝的呢?
是1.想要增重的人
2.重訓已有一段時間,碰到撞牆期,想要更上一層樓的人
3.體脂15以下的人
4.ㄧ般有重訓就可以喝,初學者也可(?)
我個人的體脂大概是18,重訓也快一年了,不過是斷斷續續我朋友說要先消脂消到15以下
再喝才有用,我覺得只要有重訓,重訓的程度夠操就可以喝。
各位板上大大認為呢?
