今天有人跟我介紹代餐這個東西
聽他的描述
聽起來代餐的確含有豐富且均衡的營養
這可是很難做到的....
可是!!!! 我看他算給我看的熱量
早餐(代餐)100卡 中午(正常吃)700卡 晚餐(代餐)100卡
整天只有900卡
跟我在這裡吸收到的知識: 一天定要吃到基礎代謝 (我的基代約1800卡)
差距實在非常大
再加上 之前我已經自己靠運動+飲食控制 已經瘦了8kg左右
就用自己的方式是可以瘦的
所以我還在考慮中.........
也想來這裡問一下各位對於代餐的看法 讓我能夠決定是否應該要買代餐
