關於史密斯臥推 - 健身

請教各位前輩
在使用史密斯臥推時,我通常都會把槓落到胸前5cm左右,
可是常常會看到有些人落下離胸前蠻遠的,但似乎可做比較重的重量
個人感覺離胸部近要再推起會比較吃力
爬文後發現 是否是大重量時為了避免關節受傷,所以才會離胸部遠些
還有有些人做腳都會盤起來,不會接觸地面,這樣正確的嗎? 是避免下半身借力嗎?
還是說並沒有正確或錯誤的講法,只是他們已經熟悉動作了,所以是可以這樣做的
所以初學者建議腳放在地上呢?
