想請問各位巨巨
小弟我大概持續每天喝乳清約3個多月
小弟體重80KG,每天約喝120g的蛋白
最近發現尿尿時泡泡特別多,尤其是起床第一泡
這會跟乳清有關係嗎?!
有上網爬過文,有人說體質吸收也有差
身體吸收不了的就排出來這個說法是正常的嗎?!
