我對減肥停滯期一直有個疑問
一般說法都是要同時有飲食控制、有氧運動、以及重訓才能有效減肥
如果只做有氧和飲食控制,那常常會遇到減肥停滯期
如果我沒有理解錯的話
停滯期其實源自於過低的攝取熱量造成基代下降,
最後總攝取和消耗打平,造成減肥停滯
那我的疑問來了
如果平常飲食已經吃到基代(剛好超過),但只做有氧運動
那基代還會下降嗎?
如果不會,那只做有氧和飲食控制(剛好超過基代)應該可以避開停滯期吧?
重訓不那就沒有那麼必要了?
