我的基礎代謝率約1400
我吃飯都照常吃
(通常是
早餐:三明治+豆漿
中餐:小碗的蔬菜飯(小碗飯+3樣菜)
晚餐:吃小的便當(小碗飯+3樣菜+一小塊肉)

我一年前用運動的方式
(騎腳踏車約20分鐘到小學,跑半小時,在騎20分鐘回家)
這樣持續了半年
讓衣服的SIZE從XL掉到M
但是我體重只掉了一公斤
雖然大家都驚豔我瘦了很多
變漂亮了
但是
這體重數字真的不好看
所以我就放棄運動了
現在又穿回XL的SIZE
我想重新減肥一次
所以我想問
還是要吃到基礎代謝率嗎?
可是我之前那樣吃
我覺得差不多就1400大卡
為什麼體重沒有掉?
