要看你當下的狀態以及目標
回頭看你的文章好像是這樣
大概172cm / 六十幾公斤 / 體脂接近20%
如果你追求一個均衡的身材
以你的體重應該是不需要減重
以重量訓練為主
吃的量在tdee附近
略低一點可以
但不要低超過一百
因為你體重已經算輕了
有氧的量可能要控制一點
不要做太多
或是說有氧的量拉高時要注意攝取的熱量
不要讓熱量缺口太大
總結來說
1. 熱量缺口盡量縮小在一百以內
2. 重訓為主
3. 蛋白質攝取要充足
這樣比較有勝算
