想幫小腿拉一些票
小腿:我也是肌肉..我也想要訓練想要長大O_Q
要有好的運動表現或者整體身材勻稱
小腿獨立出來加入訓練菜單是很棒的
畢竟也難練XD
運動表現的話
像我打羽球,有在打的人應該都很清楚
很多時候腳跟並不會著地
舉凡墊步、交叉步,就是在跑動的過程
腳掌都不會貼著地面
若是平貼地面的話起步就慢了
羽球因為球速快,起步差一點點影響很大
會有半步到一步的距離,這距離對於擊球的動作
是舒服的去迎擊還是被動的回應的”巨大”差別
另外小腿夠力,在高強度的比賽中能夠防止因為姿勢跑掉產生的受傷風險
以上是個人經驗
屁了一堆羽球來扯點重訓,不然覺得還滿突兀的XD
我自己是常用leg press跟史密斯來做蹬腿的動作
雙腳、單腳都會做
不用free weight是因為腳蹬起來後就剩腳尖在維持平衡
我是覺得有些危險,所以都用史密斯
坐著蹬腿那台機器(我不知道名稱囧)

我練起來是覺得不太舒服所以沒什麼在用這個
最常使用的還是上述兩樣
而訓練後的小腿使用心得
在運動表現上自己是認為非常有感!!
