關於慢跑的一些問題 - 健身

我平常會去健身房運動
以往我都不太慢跑的,頂多重訓前跑一公里熱身一下
因為我覺得在跑步機上跑步很無聊XD
但有感於體脂肪不夠低(174/64 體脂9~10公斤)
最近半年才開始會在重訓完加入慢跑課表
對於慢跑有幾個問題想請教
1.慢跑在腳跨出去時
是用腳跟、前腳掌或整隻腳掌著地?
我好像三個都會用,想知道哪一個才是比較正確跑法?
我還被教練糾正過,叫我跨步時不要太大聲XD
2.我慢跑時還容易腹痛的,大概十次會有一、二次吧?
大約是在肚臍左方的位置,通常這時我就放棄不跑了
感覺有點像吃飽就去運動那種痛法
不過我並沒有吃什麼東西,頂多就重訓時喝很多水
有人知道會腹痛的原因嗎?
3.我剛去健身房時,體脂肪大約11公斤左右
最低曾到8.X公斤
但神奇的是那陣子我都沒有刻意跑步
只有熱身時才會跑,如開頭所講
但也跑不到三十分鐘
那為什麼體脂肪還會掉下去呀XD
是誤差嗎?
不過我通常都是在9.X左右啦!
現在開始慢跑,希望能降到7以下 >"<
