Dear all
自己是練不到一年的新手,關於平常到市立運動中心重訓的觀念
我受到館長很大的影響,每次都要挑戰自己,不管什麼組數那些數據
以自己的感受度為準,每次就是逼自己作到沒力,作到作不下去為止
但是之前在板上看到一篇關於力竭的文章,蠻多板友的推文是說其實沒必要
作到力竭,效果不會比較好,還容易受傷
想請問前輩,是我搞錯觀念了嗎?
還是說沒有標準答案,因人而異呢?
