因為我之前都只做長跑跟長泳
所以體脂率大概在11~12之間
身高/體重 174/55-57 之間
一整個看起來就是排骨
所以打算增加重訓然後多攝取一些蛋白跟脂肪讓自己變胖一點
而我目前手上有的是
三多奶蛋白、全脂奶粉
之前聽說三多奶蛋白是酪蛋白
所以我目前的吃法是這樣
先泡一杯30g的三多奶蛋白+30g的奶粉泡成400g
練前半小時喝一半
然後練後再喝一半
睡前再泡一杯一樣的一杯當宵夜喝
這樣子的食用方式OK嗎?
還是說有更好的分配方式?
或者有什麼其它的養分需要加強或者要再採買的?
