網路上看到關於捐血的文章,說捐血完身上會有新血含氧量會比較高
所以運動能力會變好
我真的覺得在騙人= =
我每次捐完500CC至少有兩個禮拜體力會變超差
一個月後才會回復正常
這次捐血過後一個禮拜就乖乖休息,剛好也碰到期中考
都做些輕微的運動,像背個20公斤深蹲50下一組做個兩三組20分鐘內搞定,
或走走路之類的。
今天就開始正常運動,
上中下胸加肩膀20RM全部15組50多分鐘
然後去跑操場
5K過後心悸胸悶就沒停過= =
慢慢跑也沒有比較好,結果想說6K33分鐘左右想說收工好了
一停下來還站不穩嚇死我了
接著就超慢跑400M收操
其實是想問,捐血體力一定會變差嗎= =
雖然直觀感覺應該是要變差啦(汗)
