開始減肥到現在大概四個星期
選擇先慢慢的開始運動(先前完全沒運動的習慣)+每餐吃六七分飽
前幾個禮拜還沒有感覺明顯
但到了這個禮拜,我發現我便秘的問題越來越嚴重
(但是我有吃生菜沙拉的習慣,大概一盤滿滿,也都有喝水)
要等到有便意,都要過兩天左右
前天因為一時的衝動,吃到肚子有點飽(微撐)
馬上就想上廁所了....
有人也是這樣嗎?
沒有吃飽就比較難上廁所..?
