關於斷食期間重訓後不補充熱量會掉肌肉嗎 - 健身

各位巨巨、翹臀晚安
之後因為有些事,能自由運用的時間會變得很少,
所以想說就乾脆就用間歇性斷食好了,一天只準備一餐也方便,
想請問的是,不管增肌減脂期,如果重訓後幾個小時內沒辦法補充熱量,會掉肌肉嗎?
每天都會吃到預定的熱量的狀態下。
