關於斷食減脂的疑惑 - 健身

最近減重速度很緩慢(目前身高體重是174、95)
早餐:兩顆水煮蛋+一匙蛋白粉
午餐:鹹魚便當(只吃菜跟肉,飯沒動)
下午:下班後回去健身房做手臂、腹部、大
腿的重訓,重量差不多35公斤左右,持
續1.5小時)。做完再一匙蛋白粉
晚餐:自助餐選擇青菜類,差不多夾70元左右
(空心菜之類的)
睡前:一匙蛋白粉(聽說睡前喝可以幫助燃燒
脂肪)
兩個禮拜下來只瘦了1.5公斤左右,請問是不是我該把蛋白粉停下來先不要吃?
(剛接觸健身11天,可是效果比我想像中的低
,雖然肚子好像有消下去,但體重真的變
化不大)
請問如果我加入斷食的方式減重,睡前是不
是不該喝蛋白粉?
