關於水煮肉的問題 - 健身

我是一個剛開始入門健身運動的新手,
因為要幫助蛋白質的攝取來幫助肌肉成長,
也開始自己試著料理,
但發覺一個問題是雞胸肉與牛肉一旦冷掉,
口感整個很柴,不知各位前輩有什麼方法可以克服,
不然有時候帶便當出去又沒地方可加熱,只能吃超硬的肉,
整個破壞了吃飯的美好心情,
再請有經驗的大大們幫小弟解惑一下,感激不盡
