覺得我應該會被噓 但還是很想問
為什麼水煮是增肌減脂的王道?
我爬過文但找不到:
為何水煮比烤和乾煎好的討論
個人比較常用烤的、
或是乾煎,或少量油煎或炒
(人體還是需要油脂、
如果處理油脂少或無油食材
我還是會放油)
水煮,我只有火鍋能接受。
如果真的ㄧ定要無油
那烤的也不用放油呀
(只是某些會黏烤盤的食材難洗)
有小烤箱的話、大多數食材也可處理
但是為何想增肌減脂 嚴格控制飲食者
大部分是水煮而不是用烤的
是比較方便嗎?
以前有個吃水煮餐的朋友
絕對不吃烤過的食材
她說,中醫的觀點是說:
烤過的食材火氣大,吃多容易老
大家討論吧
純屬好奇,除了火鍋外
我是真的不愛吃水煮的
