關於游泳 - 健身

由於小弟目前體脂肪算高想降體脂
肪,但是爬文後發現似乎若一直有氧
效果有限。
所以必需搭配無氧才能有比較好的減脂效果。我於是打算買運動中心的30天游泳+30小時健身房月票。
但是小弟我通常重訓完後隔天肌肉酸到不行,想問若每天游泳+做一休二的課表是否可以負擔呢?
若重訓完隔天後勁很強還是可以照游嗎?還是游了會有反效果呢?
主要想練出腹肌跟胸肌
希望各位大大指點指點
