昨天突發奇想把啞鈴拿來當滾輪用
還滿好用的 算是克難版吧XD
不過練一練發現 腹部是很累 可是手也滿酸的
做的時候感覺手的出力似乎也不少
請問這是正常的嗎? 還是姿勢有誤?
