個人身高體重172/75 體脂肪22%(默) 健身新手約一年時間前半年都在亂練近期才開始大
肌群動作鍛鍊
我在硬舉的時候60kg可以動作做全有很好的肌肉感受度
70kg大概一組只能撐7-8下 約3組(最後一組大概5下而已)
80kg基本上握不住拉個3~4下就放了
我腿部肌肉個人感受70kg~80kg應該對我是比較有訓練效果的重量
可是70kg每次都是先握不住就放掉 但是腿還沒有很繃的感覺 囧
請問我要怎麼改進現狀呢
補充一下目前蹲舉史密斯100kg可以三組 一組大約7-10下
自由槓 80kg大約5下兩組這樣
主要是我覺得我硬舉做60kg重量太輕沒有真的練到的感覺 70kg剛感覺到有練到一點結果
手就抓不住了 不知道有沒有人跟我有一樣的困擾呢...
