健身房裡面分別有 軟墊 仰臥起坐板 跟仰臥起坐機
想知道哪一種效率比較高啊??
看過電腦人的動作都是在平墊上面完成的
但如果可以使用機器的話
是不是效率會比較高?
自己練了快三周 肚子用力的時候上中下腹都是硬的 (站著)
但還是有一層肥肉包裹者 所以腹肌只有最上面兩條有點明顯....
若是這種情況的話 請問 我要著重在 增加負重 還是 增加鍛鍊次數??
目前每次大概會做200下 半仰臥+反向捲腹
大概每三天練兩次 加上有氧慢跑50分鐘
會不會有點次數太少 OR 強度不夠?
用仰臥起坐板練上腹會不會比較有效率? (15-30度?)
