關於背部受傷的一些問題 - 健身

前陣子做硬舉姿勢好像有點跑掉
當下感覺好像稍微拉傷於是就休息回家
經過差不多一個月左右的休息發現背還是會不舒服
脊柱的部分雖然不會痛但是感覺就是不對
尤其躺著起身的時候感覺更明顯
這種情況不知道應該是要看骨科還是物治比較合適?
上上禮拜有去國術館喬完後好很多
當時整復師說脊椎位子有跑掉
喬回來後好很多
但這幾天不適感又開始出現
