小弟我想練腹肌,但是我肚子有肥肉
所以我想請問一下,如果我每天慢跑加30下仰臥起坐可以嗎?
還是要先慢跑瘦完肚子才能開始做仰臥起坐,兩者可以同時進行嗎?
我怕兩者同時進行會不會還是沒腹肌= =
