關於臥推屁股飛起來的問題 - 健身

各位鄉民好~
想請大家看看這樣臥推姿勢是否正確。
有查了相關資料 說屁股沒貼容易造成腰椎傷害之類的問題,但我在推完發覺腰好像沒什
麼問題? 而且我覺得我這樣身體會繃的比較緊 比較好出力的感覺。
但一般平常我沒推那麼重時 屁股是可以貼起來的 但相對拱起來就覺得槓子好像離胸部比
較遠? 比較難發力。
但用這種屁股飛起來的方式推 就覺得能推比較重,而且出槓比較輕鬆,還是說我這樣其
實就是拱到腰 然後稍微帶到胸椎? 進而覺得槓子比較近的錯覺
