已經是2006年將近15年前的文章了
我點進去看,發現幾乎所有的觀念仍然全都適用
雖然近年來,各種飲食法或訓練方式層出不窮
但似乎萬變不離其宗
基本道理並無兩至
所以...似乎不管採用何種飲食,只要大原則顧住
根本都不會有太大差別的樣子
什麼生酮,低碳 168其實結果都是差不多的是嗎?
