關於蛋白質 體重X2的問題 - 健身

如題
查了很多相關的文,
說減脂需要吃蛋白質約體重X2-2.5 的克數
不過我想問,
如果身上體脂肪重過多,一百多公斤的話,一樣是照這個公式嗎?
還是用inbody的除脂體重來算呢?
不然一個一百五公斤的人,不就要吃300克蛋白質了嗎
另外
有做重訓的話,吃到2.0跟2.5有什麼差別嗎?
大家大概都吃多少?
