戒手搖飲容易飯後精神不濟 - 健身

如題,最近希望自己維持在理想的體重,想戒掉多年來每天必買兩杯手搖飲的習慣。
飲料都是在飯後隨手買一杯,但現在沒買飲料都是隨身帶瓶水來克制自己。
只是吃完飯後就容易發睏、精神不濟,感覺是因為沒習慣的咖啡因讓身體抗奮。
本身不喜歡喝咖啡,有試過用瓶裝的無糖茶飯後喝,奇怪的是還是很想睡...
反而再試一下手搖飲精神又來了,
至於手搖飲無糖喔,實在是太難喝了...
想問有在戒飲料的板友是否有類似經驗?
因為目前是戒了兩個月,還是說需要更多時間讓身體習慣才會好轉嗎? 謝謝!
