如題,因為本身工時很長,也有胃食道逆流,睡前無法吃東西
早上試過空腹練真的無法。
想請教如果上班期間就先把營養都攝取完,然後訓練後頂多喝
杯果汁,不補充碳水跟蛋白質就去睡覺,這樣對成效負面影響
會很大嗎,感謝。
