最近生完老二的關係
又開始走上增肌減脂這條漫漫長路
自己算過之後覺得蛋白質攝取有點不足
但對乳清味道又覺得怕怕的
因此轉而從豆漿下手
這家是剛好在fb看到
他們標榜不濾渣的醇豆奶
蛋白質含量也較多
喝起來的確跟一般不一樣
比較香濃
但翻到背面一看熱量也真的嚇了我一跳啊~
義美市售的大概一罐400cc是172大卡
這個同樣400cc就444大卡了
但它其實不太甜
喝起來只有一點點甜味

想請問各位前輩
還有其他更好的選擇嗎
還是這類型豆漿熱量都差不多呢
