首PO 有違板規抱歉
本身工作有時候會一直走路
一天可以走上至少一萬步
最近專注減脂,就把工作的性質改成全程都在走(?)
晚上就重訓
1) 長時間走路能當有氧嗎?
2) 如果加長路程/步數,需要護腿護膝這類東西嗎? 目前穿著護踝的確有用,剛才嘗試走上三萬步 小腿感覺要抽筋
3) 每天這樣走至少兩萬步的話,重訓特地練腿會有問題嗎?
