早餐的分量問題 - 健身

最近想先從改善飲食下手,慢慢來不要一次到位我應該會做不到
飲料已經戒掉了,但是甜食還是會想偷吃(這個我自己掌嘴)
所以早午餐都自備
今天吃的早餐是用樂扣930ml的保鮮盒裝
一半水煮青菜,一半糙米+紅黎麥(不壓實,散散的裝一半),配一點點的水煮雞肉
灑小磨坊的蒜胡椒不加其他調味
請問這樣算吃太多,還是剛好呢?
如果中午我也是吃一樣的份量
晚餐必須怎麼調整?會吃太多嗎?
如果我真的忍不住想吃甜食,在什麼時間點可以吃?
另外我也報名了健身房團體課一小時的課程,預定一周兩次
超級新手請大家溫柔點,有錯誤觀念或更好建議也麻煩大家不吝指正
