關於跑步速度與時間長短的選擇 - 健身

大家好~新年快樂:)
如主旨 想問大家 跑速快但跑的時間較短 跟 跑速慢但跑的時間較長這兩種選擇
大家比較建議哪一種呢?
小妹我開始跑步大概兩個月了
剛開始都到操場跑 大概跑一圈400m就要稍作休息 若一次跑800m就會很累很累
因為我體力很差平常也沒運動 囧
後來因為搬家的關係 樓下有健身房 所以開始都跑跑步機
之前跑步機都設跑速9 但平均只能跑15~20分鐘不間斷 其餘都是在快走
選擇此種會很容易累+汗用滴的
最近發現跑速設7的話可以跑比較久 平均大概是25~30分鐘不間斷 之後都是快走
選擇此種不太會累 即使跑更久依然如此 汗也蠻會流但還不到用滴的狀態
我知道比起版上的各位我還是很弱Q_Q
P.S我家樓下跑歩機無法看心跳數 恕無法提供數據>"<
所以想問如果是大家會選擇哪一種跑法呢? 主要想減體脂 體重其次
