關於重訓的"程度" - 健身

今個兒去了學校的健身房,試了一套訓練三頭肌的器材
一開始最輕的鐵塊練起來似乎不太費力,但是大概過了15分鐘,手臂就會點酸的感覺
休息了一下,再加上一個鐵塊後,大概5分鐘就不行了....好酸@@
想請問各位版友,我是該用一個鐵塊就好,持續練個20分鐘
還是要兩個鐵塊,短時間訓練比較好呢?? (原po是女生)
