關於電腦人練腹肌的小問題.....? - 健身

因為自已的身材日漸走樣......
所以想藉由運動來讓自已瘦下來一點....
看到有人po電腦人那段練腹肌的影片...
每天除了固定跑五千公尺之外,回來也會再對照電腦人影片來鍛練...
持續一個多月的運動,也從原本的75kg瘦到71kg....
算是小有成效,可是瘦到71就很難瘦了,可能得加大運動量了
我的問題來了,我跟著電腦人的節奏去做,做到後來我脖子兩側卻很酸痛
腹部那邊反而覺得還好,不知是我施力錯誤還是怎樣
後來我也刻意的讓腹部出更大的力氣,可是還是一樣.....
我的問題到底是出在那呢?@@
