關於飲食問體 - 健身

小弟很慚愧,
因為實在是很無力去做30分鐘以上的慢跑有氧,
所以想問問看是否能用飲食來減少體脂。
假設我一天攝取的熱量,少於消耗掉的熱量,
是否長久下來脂肪會跟著消失呢?
如果這樣做的話會不會也造成肌肉無法成長?
是否只要攝取足夠的蛋白質
就能夠避免肌肉無法成長的狀況發生呢?
